Replace Poly-B domestic water piping with PEX through a coordinated program for individual suites or multiple buildings. Water shutdowns, owner access and inspections are planned around the agreed project schedule.

Restoration & Handover
Confirm drywall patching, painting and other finishing in the project scope before work starts. We coordinate return visits and inspections where required, and explain the completed work and any remaining follow-up items.
